You'll be driven by our guide
in a 15 passenger van. Long drives are rare, as travel days are designed
to allow time for sightseeing, hiking or other activities during the day.
Many of our tours include some travel by ferry and flights within the
itinerary.
The tour cost includes the
services of our guide, entrance to parks, camping, use of camping equipment,
and all transportation within the itinerary.
Each itinerary features many
opportunities for optional activities. Hiking is available on most days,
but also available will be scenic flights, cruises, whitewater rafting,
kayaking and canoeing.
We select our campgrounds for
their natural beauty and proximity to places of interest. All are established
campgrounds. Some have primitive facilities; others have modern facilities
with showers available. A food "kitty" price is established
for each trip and includes most meals. The guide prepares the dinners,
and everyone assists with the preparation and clean-up.
